With over 20-years’ experience with property management, Debbie Olmstead, Property Manager is the cornerstone of Williams Business Properties. Debbie handles the accounting & administrative side of the family business. Starting her role in 2006, Debbie has transformed Williams Business Properties into what it is today. Debbie is an alumnus of King’s College here in Charlotte, NC – receiving her diploma in 1979. After marrying her husband Bruce, Debbie obtained her Real Estate Brokers License, and started a family. Alongside family photos in her office you will not be able to miss the pictures she has of her horses. A lifelong passion – Debbie enjoys endurance riding, dressage, and the occasional trail ride with her three beautiful Arabian horses. If she is not riding, Debbie is weaving elegant baskets that are displayed throughout her home and office.
