Our Story

At Williams Business Properties, we are a family run commercial property management company, who believes in providing top quality service to our tenants at a great value for money. We aim to provide affordable spaces for you and your business needs and wants. Formed in 2006, and originally part of a larger family partnership dating back over 50 years – we are a well-established family business in Matthews, North Carolina.

On our journey throughout the years we attribute our continued long-term growth and success to the hands-on service we provide, and the close relationships we build and maintain with our tenants. Many of our tenants have been leasing from us for over 15 years, with one that has been with us since 1989! Tenants are always encouraged and able to reach out to us easily and conveniently. With direct communication, and on-site management we are accessible and responsive to our tenants needs.

Looking forward as a business we aim to provide even more solutions to help support and grow the many businesses who call Williams Business Properties their home.

Williams Business Properties is currently owned by Deborah Olmstead who is succeeding her father, Robert L. Williams. Robert was one of the original founders along with his two brothers, Frank and Bill, and their father, James who started the original family partnership in 1963.

Robert Debbie, and her son, Cody continue to manage and operate the family business.
