The man with many hats – Bruce Olmstead, Facility Manager, handles the day-to- day grounds and maintenance responsibilities for Williams Business Properties. Bruce is the “go-to guy” to fix any problem! Owning and operating his own electrical contracting company for over 16 years and serving in the US Air Force from 1974-1981 – Bruce brings his knowledge and experience to this family business. In Bruce’s free time he enjoys spending time gardening and canning his fresh veggies. Bruce always comes with jokes, stories, and yes, even fresh veggies to share with all!
