We are reaching out to remind you that your insurance policy on file with Williams Business Properties has expired, and we have not yet received an updated copy.
Per your lease agreement, maintaining an active insurance policy is required, and failure to do so may result in a monthly lapse fee of $50 and could be deemed an event of default under your lease terms.
To avoid any penalties, please provide an updated Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Williams Business Properties, LLC as an Additional Insured as soon as possible. You can upload the document directly to your Tenant Portal or email it to office@wbp-llc.com. 
Important Reminder:
Williams Business Properties does not offer insurance for commercial tenants through the Tenant Portal. The insurance option available is strictly for residential tenants. Please do not attempt to purchase any insurance through the portal. However, you may upload your proof of insurance and complete the required form in the portal to keep your policy current with us.
If you have already submitted an updated COI, please disregard this notice. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
