Cody Olmstead, Property Manager, handles the leasing, day to day, and marketing activities for Williams Business Properties. Cody joined the family business to be alongside his Parents, Debbie & Bruce in 2017 after working for larger property management companies in North Carolina. A proud alumnus of East Carolina University, Cody graduated with an BSBA in Business Management. In his free time, Cody trains for his upcoming Spartan Races – “Aroo!” When he is not in training mode, you can find him socializing with friends at his home or out on the town. Cody is passionate about implementing new ideas to the family business to keep up with today’s ever-changing landscape.
